How to Display Percentages in Microsoft Excel Charts

Image
Graphs are a way to see data more easily, or in other words, a way to simplify data. So one of the things that needs to be on a graph is the display of data in the form of percentages. How do I create or display it on an Excel chart? We can only display percentages on Pie charts or circle charts in Excel, because the percentage feature is not provided on bar charts and others. The way to display it is very easy, friends, first make a circle graph from the data that you have. Then friends select the Designt menu found in Chart Tools. In the Layout section, to display or display percentages on the chart, friends, choose Layout 1, Layout 2, and Layout 6. Choose according to your needs. If you think the explanation above is not clear, I suggest you also watch the video tutorial that I have previously prepared below. Good luck.

How to Appear a Legend in a Microsoft Excel Chart

In charts or graphs, a legend is one of the things that must exist in every chart that is created. The legend serves to explain the data in each color chart. Usually when we make a graph, the legend will automatically appear. However, usually for whatever reason, the legend on the graph is lost. Maybe friends are confused about how to bring up the legend again, now the way to bring it up is very easy. Friends click on the chart until the Chart Tools menu appears, then select Layout, and in the Labels section, friends select Legend. After that, several position options from the Legend will appear that friends can choose, choose according to the graphic display, friends. After friends choose one of the existing legend positions, the Legend will automatically appear on the Graph in Excel. If you think the explanation above is not clear, I suggest you also watch the video tutorial that I have previously prepared below. Good luck.
