Before doing so, make sure your computer or laptop is connected to the internet. Then, go to the Insert menu and select Video. Two video source options will appear; select Online Video. A new window will then appear, where you can enter the URL of the YouTube video you want to insert into PowerPoint. After entering the URL address of the desired video, it will automatically search for the video. Once the video appears, click Insert to insert it into your PowerPoint slide.
