How to Widen Columns in Microsoft Excel

Widening a column in Excel is very easy. Just hover your cursor over the column header or heading at the very top of the Excel column.

Then, hover your cursor over the right border of the column you want to resize until the cursor changes to a left-right arrow. Then, click and hold, drag to the right, and then release the mouse. The column will be the desired width.
