How to Change Spreadsheets to Microsoft Excel or PDF Files

Converting or downloading it to an Excel or PDF file is very easy. First, open the spreadsheet you want to convert or download. Then, select the File menu and select Download.

Several file format options will appear. You can choose to download the spreadsheet as a Microsoft Excel file or as a PDF file.

Click on one of them and wait for the spreadsheet to download completely. Once downloaded, open the file and view the results.
