How to Insert Photos into Microsoft Word 2019

There are several ways to insert images into a Word worksheet. The first method is the one we usually use. To do this, go to the Insert menu, then select Pictures. Two options will appear: "Insert Picture From."

Select "This Device" to insert an image from your computer's storage. Then, locate the desired image, click on it, and click "Insert" to insert it into your Word worksheet.

The second method involves going directly to the Insert menu and searching for the desired image file on your computer's storage. To do this, open Word, then locate the desired image on your computer's storage. Then, click on the image and hold it down.

Then, move the mouse to the opened Word document. Once you're in the Word worksheet, release the mouse button, and the image will appear in the Word worksheet.
