How to Print 2 Sheets into 1 Sheet in Microsoft Excel

First, go to the print view by pressing the Control and P keys simultaneously on your keyboard, or by going to the File menu and selecting Print. Then, change the settings from Print Active Sheet to Print Entire Workbook. Make sure you print the Excel file on one page.

To do this, change the settings from "No Scaling" to "Fit Sheet on One Page." This will compress the current page to a single page. To print side-by-side, you'll need a Canon printer. To do this, go to the printer properties.

The Canon IP2700 series properties will appear. Check the "2 on one printing" box. Then, click OK to save the settings. You can print immediately, and the two sheets will become one side-by-side sheet.
